Ingredients

  • 2 servescocoa protein soy crisps
  • 2 serveschocolate PB2

Method

  1. Prepare the chocolate PB2 with water according to the packet instructions, keeping it thick enough to hold the crisps together. Set a small spoonful aside if you would like to add a drizzle.
  2. Add the soy protein crisps and stir until every piece is evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a silicone baking mould or ice tray, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon.
  4. Add the reserved PB2 drizzle now, if using, then freeze for a few hours or until firm.
  5. Release the bars from the mould, or cut the slab evenly into four serves.
  6. Store the bars in the fridge so they are ready to grab throughout the week.
