Affiliate disclosure

Last updated 9 September 2026

EAF may use affiliate links in the Macro Friendly Pantry, recipe pages and other content. If you follow one of these links and make an eligible purchase, EAF may receive a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.

How recommendations are chosen

Products are included because they are relevant to EAF recipes or may make shopping, cooking and meal prep easier. A commission does not change the price you pay, and it does not guarantee that a product is right for every person.

Amazon Associates

EAF is applying to participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com.au and affiliated sites. This section will be updated when participation is active.

Make your own choice

Check ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, pricing, suitability and retailer terms before buying. Product availability and details can change after an EAF page is published.
